Greetings SwissAm
Members,
I hope your summer so far has been good. Here are the new rates for
next season outlining the SwissAm program. I am happy to say Ron Emery is remaining as
Head Coach and Doug Briggs as SwissAms speed coach and great web master.
Ron and I continue to work with Loveland Race Club on scheduling next season. As many of
you know, there have been some changes at Loveland. C. B. Bechtel is no longer with
Loveland and Rick Miller has stepped into that position as the Director and John Hale is
begins his second year as Head Coach. I am on the LRC Board representing SwissAm.
The board is a great group of people and they are happy to have the Masters at Loveland.
As in the past, November is a busy month at Loveland due to the early season. Hill space
is in demand. Training in November will consist of lane training and free skiing. Specific
times and dates will be communicated as always on the SwissAm website and through e-mail.
SwissAm will continue to offer speed camps during the season. Information will be posted
on the website with specific information on the camps.
This years full time training pass includes your membership fee in the form of a $20
King Soopers gift card. By being a member, you support youth ski racing and the Rocky
Mountain Masters. Membership fees should be sent to SwissAm Ski Race Foundation, 16761
Wild Plum Circle, Morrison, CO 80465.
I hope to see all of you this next season as members of SwissAm. Please feel free to
contact me or Ron with any questions.
